Our Smoked Haddock is traditionally smoked in a brick kiln overnight allowing it to take on a rich, smoky flavour and delicate golden colour. The fillets are completely natural and undyed.
Try the Smoked Haddock in a Cullen Skink soup or eat it with a poached egg, just delicious.

Thank you for your swift and efficient service.. my delicious salmon and cheese arrived in perfect condition.. the salmon and smoked cheese both pass the “Goldilocks test!!” The salmon is not too salty and imo they are the perfect smoke level.. highly recommend ..

Not bad but would not buy again lacked smokiness and did not like r packaging it came in, Ended up the dog had it.
I love the salmon be it smoked. hot smoked or pate and can highly recommend them instead
A well presented hamper was received and well packed, The Haddock made a terrific traditional Scottish dish of Cullen Skink which we really enjoyed
