Hot Smoked Salmon is a delicious variation of the classic salmon, also known as Roast Smoked Salmon. Our fresh sustainable Scottish Salmon has been dry cured, cold and then hot smoked in our traditional kiln using woodchips from whisky barrels for a mildly smoky flavour.
Ardshealach Hot Smoked Salmon has a further depth and complexity of flavour developed in the last stage of hot smoking. It has a mouth- watering succulent and flaky texture and is ready to eat.
A wonderful tasteful sensation that can be enjoyed with buttery new potatoes and salad, or with quiche for an extra special lunch.

We ordered smoked meat and hot smoked and standard smoked salmon. The chicken and duck were excellent and the salmons would have been too but we found them too salty for our taste. Definitely more salt than other hot smoked salmon we've had before. Could be personal to us and if you like more salt on your food generally this could be just right for you. We'd order the meat again but the fish isn't for us unfortunately.
