We will usually dispatch your order by our preferred courier 2 – 3 working days of receiving it. Please allow extra time during busy periods, such as Christmas. Delivery can be made Tuesday to Friday. If you like delivery on a specific day, please let us know as this can usually be arranged. We usually do not dispatch on Friday or Saturday, to avoid parcels being in transit over the weekend. All consignments are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to ensure that goods are kept cool throughout the journey.

Our Christmas salmon was once again perfect – delicious and beautifully sliced. We loved the kippers too which will become a new Boxing Day tradition for us.
I do also send salmon as a present instead of flowers at any time of the year. I wish someone would send me some!
