Excellent products & service!

So far, we ordered 2 hampers from this company and were very impressed with their service and reliability. Both hampers were delivered on time and no issues whatsoever. They were both birthday presents to family members and they were particularly pleased with them.

On THE CULINARY DELIGHT HAMPER:
I rate the Scottish smokery as excellent. We still have lots to try but have tried the delicious fish pate and the roasted salmon fillets. Both are supremely tasty and top quality.

On SWEET & SAVOURY HAMPER:
The Scottish Smokehouse products are outstanding. We've had smoked cheese, smoked salmon, and bacon so far. All superb. Rich but subtle flavours for the bacon but a deep punchy flavour with the cheese. Truly top class.

We will definitely order again, thank you very much Ardshealach!

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

UK Mainland Orders

We will usually dispatch your order by our preferred courier 2 – 3 working days of receiving it. Please allow extra time during busy periods, such as Christmas. Delivery can be made Tuesday to Friday. If you like delivery on a specific day, please let us know as this can usually be arranged. We usually do not dispatch on Friday or Saturday, to avoid parcels being in transit over the weekend. All consignments are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to ensure that goods are kept cool throughout the journey.

UK MAINLAND INCL. ISLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND & GUERNSEY

  • FREE for orders over £ 150.00 ( to a single address )
  • £ 7.95 for orders of up to £ 150.00 ( to a single address )
  • £ 9.95 for orders placed over the phone ( to a single address ) and orders below £ 20.00

OVERSEAS ORDERING

We no longer accept orders that are to be sent abroad, due to the perishable nature of our products and the lack of control we have in ensuring they arrive in good condition.

Returns and non-delivery

Ardshealach Fine Foods cannot be held liable for packages which were not delivered or misrouted due to an incomplete or incorrect address given by the customer.
