I was invited to bring a non-fish, GF starter to a Hogmanay dinner for 14. I served a "trio of smoked meats" from Ardshealach smokery. I used the duck, venison and salami and served it as you suggested with a little avocado, tomato and some rocket. It was a hit! Happy New Year- have a great 2024!

My family decided to have something different for Christmas Dinner this year. We went for smoked Duck with homemade plum sauce and parsnip puree. We pan fried the duck for a minute then put it in the oven at a low temp for 10 mins. It was absolutely sublime. The smokiness of the duck was absolutely perfect and it just melted in your mouth. Thoroughly recommend Ardshealach Smokehouse.
