The salmon, duck, chicken, mussels and salmon paté. Where well worth the price. The only gripe I have is that I thought our family would like the smoked eel. The cat enjoyed it more than us. All of the food was worth the price. I will order next year

Hogmanay Dinner

I was invited to bring a non-fish, GF starter to a Hogmanay dinner for 14. I served a "trio of smoked meats" from Ardshealach smokery. I used the duck, venison and salami and served it as you suggested with a little avocado, tomato and some rocket. It was a hit! Happy New Year- have a great 2024!
