Our Smoked Venison is marinated in port and spices, smoked, then sliced very thinly. The flavour is intense and as wild as the hills the red deer roam.

Amazingly tasty

We ordered the smoked venison to have as “ a treat” over the festive season and we weren’t disappointed. Beautifully tender smoked slices. Totally delicious

The smoking on the venison was quite overpowering so not what I recalled It was difficult to cut and chew Sorry would not get again The hot smoked salmon , smoked salmon and salmon pate was fantastic as always so definately but them all again

Stumbled across this smokehouse on holiday and bought various products all of which were delicious. Ordered more online, ordering was very east, delivery was speedy and products arrived in fab condition. The venison and smoked trout are simply wonderful, a lovely treat for a special occasion. Will order again and definitely recommend.
