Our Smoked Venison is marinated in port and spices, smoked, then sliced very thinly. The flavour is intense and as wild as the hills the red deer roam.

We ordered a box of various smoked salmon, cheese, salmon pate and duck breast for a Burns Night dinner in Rome. The food arrived in Italy on time exactly as promised and in perfect condition. It tasted as good as when we’ve bought it in Glenuig ourselves. Highly recommended.
Full of flavours and goes well with the oat cakes and a glass of red wine.
