Our Smoked Venison is marinated in port and spices, smoked, then sliced very thinly. The flavour is intense and as wild as the hills the red deer roam.

Everything fabulous

We ordered fish, meat and cheese and it was all delicious. We treated lots of friends and family over the Christmas holiday. Next year I will take photos. We had oak roast salmon with grapes and a sauce of sour cream, lemon and dill on a bed of mixed leaves, green beans and gherkins. My son’s creations on toasted rye bread were a thing of joy.
