We first tasted your smoked salmon when staying at the Glenuig Inn. It was gorgeous. We visited the smokehouse and ordered some more and have just sampled it. Lovely!
Not tried it yet but the Smoked trout was delicious
Bought a selection of items which were all tasty though the salmon pate contained more cream cheese than I expected.
