    We bought some goodies from you when we were in Scotland this year. Didn’t know what to get my husband as a lovely surprise. The he said. “Remember that smokehouse we went to?” YES.
    So got on the internet and blew me pension of loads of goodies and it has been fantastic. My hubs was so thrilled and shocked. Such great produce. All of it has been fantastic. GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

UK Mainland Orders

We will usually dispatch your order by our preferred courier 2 – 3 working days of receiving it. Please allow extra time during busy periods, such as Christmas. Delivery can be made Tuesday to Friday. If you like delivery on a specific day, please let us know as this can usually be arranged. We usually do not dispatch on Friday or Saturday, to avoid parcels being in transit over the weekend. All consignments are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to ensure that goods are kept cool throughout the journey.

UK MAINLAND INCL. ISLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND & GUERNSEY

  • FREE for orders over £ 150.00 ( to a single address )
  • £ 7.95 for orders of up to £ 150.00 ( to a single address )
  • £ 9.95 for orders placed over the phone ( to a single address ) and orders below £ 20.00

OVERSEAS ORDERING

We no longer accept orders that are to be sent abroad, due to the perishable nature of our products and the lack of control we have in ensuring they arrive in good condition.

Returns and non-delivery

Ardshealach Fine Foods cannot be held liable for packages which were not delivered or misrouted due to an incomplete or incorrect address given by the customer.
