Smoked Salmon Pâté

We bought some goodies from you when we were in Scotland this year. Didn’t know what to get my husband as a lovely surprise. The he said. “Remember that smokehouse we went to?” YES.
So got on the internet and blew me pension of loads of goodies and it has been fantastic. My hubs was so thrilled and shocked. Such great produce. All of it has been fantastic. There is simply nothing like the pate. Oh yes, this is fantastic. I will be ordering more for Christmas you can take more of my pension!!! 😉 Thanks so much It’s been a pleasure. Cheers. We had a delicious visit to your Smokehouse in June but as we live in the US were sadly not able to order for ourselves. So, this package went to my sister in Kent who loved everything.

Perfectly smoked, lightly herbed, excellent taste and texture.

Delicious although not fillling the pot does make is seem a bit small - better to have slightly smaller pots..... just a psychological aspect!
Haven't eaten the smoked salmon as mainly for giving away, but reports are very good and it is much enjoyed.
