Experience the wild moors of Scotland with our 100% raw, unpasteurised heather honey from Heather Hills Farm. Harvested from the blooms of purple ling heather (Calluna vulgaris) across the Highlands, this “Champagne of honeys” is gathered between July and September using traditional, low-heat methods — preserving the pollen, enzymes and natural goodness.

This artisan honey offers a rich, floral-woody aroma, a bold, malty flavour and a satisfyingly thick, slightly jelly-like texture.  Perfect for glazing meats, drizzling over cheese, sweetening teas or enjoying straight from the jar. Small-batch, hand-bottled, and deeply rooted in Scottish heritage.

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

UK Mainland Orders

We will usually dispatch your order by our preferred courier 2 – 3 working days of receiving it. Please allow extra time during busy periods, such as Christmas. Delivery can be made Tuesday to Friday. If you like delivery on a specific day, please let us know as this can usually be arranged. We usually do not dispatch on Friday or Saturday, to avoid parcels being in transit over the weekend. All consignments are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to ensure that goods are kept cool throughout the journey.

  • FREE for orders over £ 150.00 ( to a single address )
  • £ 7.95 for orders of up to £ 150.00 ( to a single address )
  • £ 9.95 for orders placed over the phone ( to a single address ) and orders below £ 20.00

OVERSEAS ORDERING

We no longer accept orders that are to be sent abroad, due to the perishable nature of our products and the lack of control we have in ensuring they arrive in good condition.

Returns and non-delivery

Ardshealach Fine Foods cannot be held liable for packages which were not delivered or misrouted due to an incomplete or incorrect address given by the customer.
