Ardshealach smoked salmon slices

Cream cheese

Ground black pepper

Baby spinach leaves.

Spread the cream cheese on slices of Ardshealach Smoked Salmon, sprinkle with dill, grind over black pepper to taste add a layer of baby spinach leaves.

Roll the salmon, cream cheese, and spinach neatly then chill.

Serve as bite-sized slices secured with toothpicks.
