Similar to Parma Ham, but with a softer texture, Ardshealach Smokehouse ham is traditionally smoked and has a distinctive, well developed flavour that sets it apart from any other. Try it for yourself to taste the difference.
With cranberry sauce or damson cheese and a bit of crisp lettuce on flat bread, , makes a truly wonderful 'wrap'. Adding a few slivers to a lentil soup raises something quite ordinary to something really special. Highly recommended and well worth a thousand mile round trip each year (although post is perhaps a little less expensive)
